Radius Gauges

Anodized Aluminum Radius Gauge

This is the original tool that I designed years ago. I use this to make my air hammer/power hammer dies. Most people who take my seminar buy this guage when they realize how useful they are. Checking the radius of a part tells you exactly which die to use. It's also extremely useful in determining and developing highlight lines on surfaces. It falls right between machinist's radius guages (which end at 1/2" radius) and the body sweeps (which start at 42" radius and go to flat). New - Plastic Radius Gauges

These lightweight guages are made from the same plastic material as the body sweeps. They are also available in two styles: standard (the same radii as the above anodized aluminum guage) and mid-range (with the radii that fall between the ones on the standard guage). If you only want one guage, it should be the Standard Guage. However, if you buy both, you'll have a wider range of radius selections.
